Hmm. I'm bored so here I am.
Well first of all Happy 2007 to everyone out there. So far it has been a lovely 13 days into the new year for me.
It has just been 13 days but well I've been doing quite a bit.
Me, Naz and Reza went to Thailand first of all; and then we hopped down to KL before coming back home. It was a splendid trip. Didn't know that I can actually go away on a shopping trip with 2 guys. Well I think if I were to go with girls, I wld have bought more stuff, but nevertheless, I enjoyed my trip very much. We shopped and ate a lot. Went to see the infamous "TIGER SHOW" which was pretty much mundane actually. Only the razor blade and the popping of bottle cap act amazes me. Thank goodness nothing happened to us while we were there; (bombings were happening or awaiting to happen), we didn't really get cheated by the cab drivers or lost in the streets. We did burn a hole in our pockets and didn't get enough sleep due to the late after midnight shopping. Reza fell in love with Khao San and he says that he wants to go back there.. SOON. heh. I love that place too. It is such a mistake that we went to that place on out last night and so, for me, I'm really crying inside because, due to my cash limits, I only got one of each of the clothes that I like. Well I got ONE each partly cos I'm, afraid that I couldn't fit into it. But alas.. it fits me perfectly so you know why I'm crying inside.. Sigh.. We are soo gonna go back to Bangkok.
Oh the lil hotel that we got was not too bad. It's new so its great, only that its location is opposite a school and its near a highway. But I slept well at night. :)
Hmm so off we went to KL. Well our main objective to be there is cos its Naz's birthday on Saturday the 6th, and he has planned a small get together session with his m'sian friends. And since we're in Bangkok, why not drop by KL right? Then while we're in KL also, we made it a point to visit ZOUK KL to check it out.
Sigh there are some things that I could not just write for this KL trip. Due to soo many reasons. All I could say is that the KL trip could have been soo much better. But it didn't and there is no way I can change it.
ZOUK wasn't fantastic either. DJ sucks, and no one was on the dancefloor until way after midnight. (When I came back home, I did read an article that says, party animals club AFTER midnight.) So well after reading that, I guess that's the reason.
And there was absolutely NO EYECANDY around. OMG I could have died looking at the MEN who attended that night. Ok some girls were hot I have to say.
How bad was it. OLD MEN with pregnant bellies. And really ugly early 20s who really are horrendous looking. Eurgh!
The trip back was bumpy as hell. Couldnt sleep. Was soo glad when I reached SG. HOME.
But after 2 days, I wish that I was back in Thailand, shopping, walking, taking in the different enviroment and eating the LOVELY food there..
Can't wait.
